Adapt quickly to the startup's evolving needs, ensuring processes are agile and fit for purpose.

Strengthen relationships with developers, property owners, and clients to expand the network.
Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and strategic partnerships.

A proven track record in real estate sales with significant experience closing deals and driving revenue growth.
At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a senior management role.
Experience working in a startup or similarly dynamic environment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams and systems from scratch.
