We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to join our team as an Admin/Front Office Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and front office roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle all incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, directing them to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, utilizing calendar management software to stay organized and on schedule.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or front office role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with office policies and procedures, with a commitment to upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism.
