Sales Manager Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth through innovative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth
- Lead generation and conversion through effective use of digital presence and sales techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, property owners, and clients to expand our network
- Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Proven track record in real estate sales with significant experience closing deals
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a senior management role
- Experience working in a startup or dynamic environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams and systems
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and build high-performing teams
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using CRM and sales automation tools to streamline operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
