Sales Manager Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth through innovative strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Lead generation and conversion through effective use of digital presence and sales techniques

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in real estate sales with significant experience closing deals
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a senior management role
  • Experience working in a startup or dynamic environment is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams and systems
  • Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and build high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales automation tools to streamline operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
