Job Summary
Aminika Manpower ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader for PA Systems to join our team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives in the Public Address (PA) Systems division. Your primary focus will be on team leadership, business development, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills. You will lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets, develop sales strategies, expand market presence, build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, monitor market trends, and optimize sales strategies. Additionally, you will provide training and development for team members.

Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in PA systems sales, with managerial experience preferred. A proven track record in sales growth and team management is essential. Knowledge of the PA systems industry and strong problem-solving skills are also required.
