We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at a prestigious 5-Star Hotel in South Sudan.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and manage the front office team.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's reception area, coordinating all front desk activities and providing excellent customer service.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests' services.
  • E nsure the front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material.
  • Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents.
  • Schedule shifts to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
  • Handle complaints and specific customers' requests.
  • Troubleshoot emergencies and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager.
  • Degree in front office management or related course.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
