The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to staff, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional patient care and service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the branch, including financial management, human resources, and supply chain logistics.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular reviews of branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior healthcare leadership role;
  • Proven track record of delivering quality customer experiences and driving revenue growth;
  • Degree in a medical field or business/health systems management; and
  • Active license from a relevant medical body.
