Global Reefer Operations Manager

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Global Reefer Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing commercial reefer operations and developing business within a specific region. They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining operational procedures, leading processes involving high-value cargo, and driving growth through identifying new opportunities.

  1. Develop and implement effective reefer operational procedures to ensure safe carriage of all commodities.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  3. Provide technical support and advice to customers, agents, and sales teams.
  4. Manage special training programs for the reefer network on commodities and market technologies.
  5. Assist in organizing post-harvest initiatives with key customers.
  6. Support risk management in evaluating and minimizing claims.

This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
