About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our fundraising strategy and secure financial support from donors, investors, and funding organizations. This role is critical to our growth and sustainability, offering opportunities for partnership-building and pipeline management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan targeting grants, donors, and fully funded programs.
  • Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with high-value donors, investors, and funding bodies.
  • Prepare compelling funding proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to various audiences.
  • Represent us at networking events, meetings, and funding competitions.
  • Mentor junior staff in fundraising best practices.
  • Track and report on fundraising progress, ensuring targets are met.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or donor relations, preferably within startups or nonprofits.
  • Proven track record of securing significant funding from donors, investors, or grant-making bodies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and leadership abilities.
  • Experience preparing successful funding applications and managing pipelines.
