Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering complex CRM projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, and customization
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and waterfall project management
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive conversations around digital transformation journeys
  • A proven track record of successful implementation of large-scale solutions
  • Experience in developing clear, concise documentation for technical audiences
