Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in implementing large-scale software solutions for medium to large organizations across various industries. They specialize in providing clients with the ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape by leveraging Microsoft's M365, Azure, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architect with expertise in solution development and functional analysis into large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture. This role will focus on designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams. Key responsibilities include presales activities around the Dynamics 365 platform, methodology diagnostics, high-level solution architecting, and contributing to proposal development and business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in implementing end-to-end large-scale solutions involving Dynamics CE (CRM)
  • Strong understanding of industry domains like Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Ability to architect solutions that involve multi-region implementations
  • Excellent technical leadership skills for engagements and ability to present to C-Suite stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Be a champion/SME for technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform
  • Design and development of domain-specific implementations
