  • Prepare comprehensive tech packs and supervise the sampling process.
  • Conduct fittings and implement adjustments for the perfect fit and aesthetic appeal.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align designs with customer and retail insights.
  • Stay updated on competitors and integrate feedback into future collections.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field and 3-5 years of experience as a fashion designer, preferably in ladies' clothing.
