Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative support to a busy law firm in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the office premises clean and organized.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Perform miscellaneous duties, including messengers and errands.
- Handle reception duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Support the team with typing, documentation, and other tasks.
- Contribute to overall office efficiency by performing various administrative tasks.
- Complete any additional tasks delegated by management.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business Administration).
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
