Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Investment Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have experience in sourcing, structuring, and closing private investment projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong business development and client relationship skills, as well as deep industry and market knowledge of the infrastructure sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and actively managing portfolio projects.

This role requires strong project and corporate finance and equity investment experience, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and assessing investment opportunities
  • Evaluating, structuring, and negotiating debt and equity transactions
  • Delivering transactions efficiently and on time
  • Monitoring the portfolio and reporting results
Requirements
  • Master's degree in finance or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in private sector financing
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing investment projects
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills
  • Deep industry and market knowledge of infrastructure sector
