Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to internal clients, ensuring the IT infrastructure and systems remain operational.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and networked environments, with practical knowledge of routing and switching. They will be able to identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems, restoring service to clients within agreed Service Level Agreements.

The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to foster and maintain solid stakeholder relationships, are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Practical knowledge of networking and networked environments
  • Familiarity with routing and switching protocols
  • CCNA certification (advantageous)
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar field
