About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor developers, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-impact fintech products that align with business objectives and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and innovative financial technology solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Mentor and grow engineering team members through coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical direction and support to the engineering team.
  • Ensure software development process includes proper testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Over 2 years of experience in the FinTech industry.
  • Experience as a hands-on engineering manager or team lead.
  • Experience building, deploying, and operating distributed systems and APIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse team members and stakeholders in a remote environment.
