Job Summary:

A leading hotel in Konza seeks an experienced Guest Services Coordinator to lead the housekeeping team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining a clean and organized environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the housekeeping team and coordinate daily activities.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for maintaining high-quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses to ensure budget compliance.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience as an Housekeeper, preferably in hospitality.
  • At least Two (2) years' experience.
