Job Overview:

A prominent hotel in Konza is seeking a skilled Hotel Cleaning Manager responsible for maintaining high-quality housekeeping standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the housekeeping team and oversee daily operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and front department.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for junior staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and maintenance issues.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Housekeeper, preferably in hospitality.
  • Minimum Two (2) years of experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
