About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Smart Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including interior designers, architects, project managers, and property managers. Provide proactive account management to anticipate client needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients, and explore new business opportunities within the industry. Contribute to client acquisition and expand the company's market share.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, ensure clarity on timelines and deliverables, and coordinate closely with internal teams to manage the delivery and installation of products.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and project updates using CRM systems. Prepare and present account performance reports and market trends to management.
