Job Description:

The Sales Executive role at Aminika Manpower ltd is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned sales professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new sales opportunities and the maintenance of existing relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new business opportunities within the outdoor advertising market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, agencies, and brands.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and meetings to promote our advertising solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base, focusing on both high-value accounts and untapped markets.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in outdoor advertising or media sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to different audiences.
  • Good understanding of the Kenyan outdoor advertising landscape, media trends, and key players.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
