Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Rubrik. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective sales execution and market insight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing and executing strategies to pursue them.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while continuously identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
