At Crystal Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Intern to support our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing various aspects of HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Management: Accurately design job descriptions where not provided by the client, modify them to suit company advertisement purposes, and update employee records.
  • Job Posting and Scheduling: Post jobs to the company's job board, share opportunities with stakeholders and relevant job boards, circulate available vacancies to social media pages, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Candidate Communication: Liaise with candidates, providing timely and accurate feedback on their recruitment status, manage candidate interview logistics, and ensure data integrity through accurate updates to the internal candidate database.
  • Background Checks and Administration: Conduct background checks on successful candidates, perform general filing duties, handle office inquiries promptly and courteously, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Human Resources or a bachelor's degree in HR/Business, or currently working toward a bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow processes and procedures, experience with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Prior work experience in an office environment and recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
