The HR Trainee at Orchid HR is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
This role involves a range of tasks, including payroll processing, maintaining HR files, and assisting with performance management processes.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in HR projects and initiatives, which will help drive business results and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain HR files and records accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including payroll processing and related documentation.
- Assist in performance management processes and documentation.
- Support the coordination of training and development programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
