Job Title: Software Delivery Director

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead our customer-facing implementation projects while ensuring timely and efficient software delivery. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in managing complex software implementation projects, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record of working closely with customers to achieve project success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation processes of software solutions for our clients. This includes developing and managing detailed project plans, monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Project Management: Lead the implementation process, develop project plans, and monitor progress.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the escalation point of contact for customers during the implementation process and establish strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities

Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to resolve any issues promptly.

Customer Engagement: Conduct regular status meetings with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and align on project goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing customer-facing projects and delivering software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
