Training and Curriculum Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Curriculum Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that involves designing, developing, and implementing training programs for adults.
Main Responsibilities- Analyzing training needs and identifying areas for improvement;
- Designing new curricula and reviewing existing ones to ensure they meet the highest standards;
- Performing quality control and evaluation of training programs;
- Liaising with partners to seek opportunities to host training courses;
- Facilitating training sessions and building e-learning courses or modules where relevant.
- A Master's degree in international studies, international law, development studies, or a related field;
- Experience and knowledge in designing learning materials for adults;
- Experience and knowledge of various participatory methodological approaches to training and learning;
- Experience and knowledge in the field of peace and security, development, or humanitarian work;
- Basic knowledge of gender mainstreaming in peace and security;
- Presentation, facilitation, and communication skills;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Ability to respect diversity and work in a multi-dimensional and multi-national setting;
- Ability to take initiative and seek innovative approaches and solutions;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge and experience in applied research;
- Proficiency in French will be considered an asset;
- Physical and mental fitness to work in this context;
- Possession of a valid automobile driving license;
- Swiss nationality (dual citizenship with country of assignment not possible).
