Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Develop event strategies that generate quality leads for clients.
- Manage a variety of events, including concept development, planning, and production.
- Identify and secure suppliers for events with excellence.
- Foster relationships with community organizations, businesses, and vendors to build partnerships and referral networks.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze marketing and business development performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer-centric initiatives and solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve the market position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
