Our client, a key player in the pension industry with a significant presence in insurance brokerage, seeks a seasoned Client Relations Manager to join their team.

This role requires developing and implementing client retention strategies to promote long-term relationships and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.

  • Plan and coordinate committee and Board of Trustees meetings to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture accurate minutes, and document action items to facilitate transparent record-keeping and accountability.

You will work closely with the finance department to follow up with the Board of Trustees for discharge form approvals and ensure timely billing.

A strong background in pension schemes and the actuarial industry, combined with excellent organizational skills, is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in client relations or a similar role within the pension schemes industry.
