Hospitality Sales and Marketing Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
The scope of work includes:
- Managing day-to-day sales activities, including supervising the reservations team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Developing and implementing annual marketing plans, coordinating marketing activities, and managing sales and promotion programs.
- Conducting market research, monitoring competitor activities, and identifying opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to create and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with departmental heads to develop new revenue-generating ideas.
- Submitting monthly sales promotion reports, competitive pricing analysis, plans for the upcoming month, and sales analysis reports.
- Participating in regional and international trade shows and exhibitions as needed.
- Uploading and enhancing the hotel's brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Key Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in a similar position, preferably working in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
