Field Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our plumbing and irrigation products to hardware shops across Kenya. Based in Nairobi, the ideal candidate will travel extensively to develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships in both urban and rural areas.

This role involves visiting hardware shops nationwide to market and sell our products, building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, gathering market intelligence and reporting on customer feedback and competitor activity, and achieving monthly sales targets and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and sell plumbing and irrigation products to hardware shops nationwide
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Gather market intelligence and report on customer feedback and competitor activity
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–3 years of sales experience in the hardware industry
  • Willingness to travel and spend a few nights each month outside Nairobi
  • Proven track record in field sales and excellent customer service skills
