About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as a Real Estate Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to achieve our goals. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, conducting follow-ups with potential buyers and sellers, and supporting the sales team in negotiations and closing deals.

In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential properties for sale or rent, updating property listings and maintaining an accurate property database. You will also assist in property inspections and verifications, support social media and digital marketing efforts for property listings, and create marketing materials and campaigns to attract buyers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to attend property expos, networking events, and site visits to build connections. Furthermore, you will schedule and coordinate property viewings for clients, maintain organized client records and update CRM systems, and prepare reports and sales documentation.
