About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, leading the sales team to achieve targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Lead the sales team to achieve targets.
- Work closely with other departments (marketing, operations) to ensure a cohesive approach and foster a positive team environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate major deals, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Optimize sales processes for efficiency and higher conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
- At least [X] years in real estate sales, with proven leadership experience in a sales role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work well in a team and drive results.
- Familiar with CRM tools and real estate sales platforms.
