Job Title: Human Resources Intern (Full-Time, Remote with Field Visits) Location: Nairobi Remote (with occasional travel to client sites as needed) Salary: Ksh 10,000 15,000 (Monthly Stipend) Duration: 3- 6 months Reports to: HR Officer Job Summary: We are looking for a self-driven and reliable Human Resources Intern to join our team on a full-time remote basis, with the flexibility to visit clients when required. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in HR while enjoying the flexibility of working from home, and the added exposure of fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviewsSupport virtual onboarding and orientation of new employeesMaintain and update employee records in digital formatsCoordinate with clients on HR-related matters including outsourced staff documentation and follow-upsVisit client sites occasionally for document collection, employee check-ins, or other HR support needsSupport in organizing virtual training sessions and employee engagement activitiesAssist with compliance and HR policy adherence across client engagementsRespond to HR-related queries from staff or clients, escalating when necessaryPerform other HR and administrative duties as assigned Requirements: Experience 1-2 years in HR.Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setupReliable internet connection and access to a working computer/laptopWillingness and flexibility to travel to client sites on short noticeHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) What We Offer: Monthly stipend of Ksh 10,000 15,000Flexible, remote working environment with real-world HR experienceField exposure through client site visitsMentorship and training from experienced HR professionalsOpportunity for growth.
