Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Human Resources Consultant. The role involves consulting with clients to assess and address HR needs, developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring labor law compliance. The Human Resources Consultant will also provide guidance on organizational design, foster talent acquisition and development initiatives, and support clients in creating positive workplace cultures. Collaborative problem-solving and strategic thinking will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and strategies
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM or CIPD) are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse clients and teams
