Job Summary: We are seeking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support our HR department in a variety of tasks related to employee management, recruitment, and office administration. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands -on experience and develop skills in HR practices, while contributing to the smooth operation of our HR functions. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.Manage and track employee leave records, ensuring accurate and up -to -date information.Contribute to building a positive company culture by organizing celebrations like birthdaysand supporting employee happiness initiatives.Maintain accurate filing and paperwork for employee records, ensuring compliance withinternal policies and procedures.Respond to employee queries in coordination with the HR Projects Manager and BusinessPartners, providing support where needed.Perform additional tasks as assigned by your managers to support the overall HR team.RequirementsAt least 6 months of experience in HR or administrative roles.Degree or Diploma in Human resource ManagementQualities We Value:Proactive and self -motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.Tech -savvyStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.A team player who works well with others and collaborates effectively in a fast -paced environment.
