Role Description

The Sales Assistant Staff will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, customer relationship management, market research, and assisting with sales strategies. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, where the individual will be required to work both in the office and from home. Daily tasks will include maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating sales meetings.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the sales industry is a plus
