Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agents Staff position located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Agents Staff will be responsible for identifying potential customers, demonstrating the uses and benefits of products, and converting leads into sales. They will also be involved in customer service tasks, assisting with inquiries and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge will also be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales and Insurance
  • Ability to facilitate and conduct Training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is favorable
