Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Personnel Staff based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Personnel Staff will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and promoting products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the role involves tracking sales metrics and reporting performance to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the design and branding industry is a plus
