Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Strategist. The position is located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Strategist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, and driving growth initiatives. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute effective campaigns.

  • Strong market research and analysis skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the marketing or business development industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software used in business development and marketing
