Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Farm Manager located in Trans Nzoia County.
The Farm Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including managing crop and livestock production
- Organizing and planning farm activities,
- Supervising farm workers, implementing farming practices, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintaining farm infrastructure and equipment
- Managing budgets and keeping accurate records.
Qualifications
- Diploma in General Agriculture or related field
- 1 year as a Farm manager In a mixed farm
- Experience in dairy and poultry production
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and handle various tasks simultaneously
