Agency Operations & Publishing Associate
to support executive and editorial operations across our offices in
Sandton, Durban, Cape Town, or Kenya
.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage executive scheduling, travel, and daily agendas to keep projects and meetings on track.
  • Coordinate publishing tasks, client communications, deal memos, and editorial deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records, update databases, and ensure timely follow-ups for agency projects.
  • Support finance and contract processes related to publishing operations.
  • Assist with research, reporting, and internal communications to streamline workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in document management, scheduling, and basic finance/admin tools.
