We are growing fast and are looking for ambitious, motivated
freelance sales agents
to join our team on a commission-only basis.
Role Overview
As a Freelance Sales Agent, you will introduce Apptivate's employee benefit solutions to corporate clients, HR leaders, and decision-makers. Your goal will be to generate leads, close deals, and earn attractive commissions while enjoying the flexibility of freelance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate B2B leads in your network and beyond.
- Pitch Apptivate's solutions (M-Kula & M-Tuza) to HR managers, CEOs, and decision-makers.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
At least
2 years' B2B sales experience
(HR solutions, insurance, fintech, FMCG, or related sectors preferred).
Proven ability to sell to corporate decision-makers.
Self-driven, confident, and results-oriented.
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Access to a laptop and smartphone.
