Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Sales Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities, develop sales strategies, and ensure the sales team meets its targets. Daily tasks include managing the sales team, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for setting sales goals and creating plans for business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG Sales and Sales Management, Planning, and Team Leadership
- Experience in Modern trade and trade marketing activities
- Distributor development and management
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation abilities
- Skills in basic Data Analysis, Report Preparation, and CRM Software
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the Kenyan market is a plus
