JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL SUPERVISORAbout This Job:Q -SourcingLimited trading as Q -Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firmoperating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya,Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.On behalf ofour client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Technical Supervisor to work in Nairobi, KenyaJob SummaryOur client in the security Industry is seeking to recruita Technical Supervisor responsible for overseeing theinstallation, servicing, and maintenance of electronic security systems such asCCTV, access control, and alarm systems.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:· Ensuresecurity systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control) are installed to agreedspecifications and standards, delivering trouble -free, client -approved outcomes.· Overseeproactive and reactive maintenance services, ensuring all activities are carriedout as per the agreed schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).· Enforceadherence to company and industry standards during installation, servicing, andmaintenance of security systems· Monitorinstallations for up to 3 months post -completion through regular checks andsupervisor feedback, and provide detailed status reports to management.· Promoteand uphold a high - quality, service -oriented image of the company throughprofessional conduct and customer interactions.· Identifyinefficiencies or gaps in service delivery or product performance and supportthe development and implementation of improvement solutions.· Championcontinuous improvement initiatives for systems, processes, and services—bothwithin the company and in collaboration with clients.· Createand maintain a positive, supportive work environment that fosters teamwork,collaboration, and skill development during assigned shifts· Provideconstructive feedback to team members and management, and recommend training,motivation, and knowledge -sharing strategies to enhance team performance.· Managetechnical escalations promptly, ensuring clear communication with bothmanagement and clients on issues and resolution status.· Respondto and resolve system or application -related problems during peak operationaltimes, minimizing downtime and client impact.KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:· Bachelor's Degree inElectrical/Electronic Engineering, ICT, or a related technical field.· Working knowledge of multiple securityfunctions and security -driven technology solutions.· A minimum of five years' experience in the electronics field.· Working knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.· Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track - record of buildingstrong, trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at alllevels.· A sound working knowledge of security best practices and legislationaffecting the security role.· Strong management and leadership skills together with excellentcommunication skills.· A very good knowledge of technology -driven security solutions as well asa willingness to continually upgrade that knowledge. Interestedand qualified applicants should submit their applications through the linkbelow.Note:Only shortlisted applicants will becontacted.Q -SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUALOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
