About the Role: 

As a Product Manager, you'll take ownership of one of our core markets—owning the country-level implementation of Apollo's platform and helping run the business that uses it. You'll be at the centre of high-stakes decisions, helping lead Apollo's product evolution while driving continuous improvements that directly impact how thousands of farmers access finance, tools, and advice. You'll work across functions—from engineering and design to field ops and credit—to understand complex constraints, make tradeoffs, ship high-impact technology, and deliver customer-centric solutions that scale. The ideal candidate rapidly assimilates new information, forms and expresses sound strategic judgments, motivates everyone around them, and is equally comfortable defending their opinion as admitting when they are wrong.

Responsibilities: 

Help design and execute our product strategy and technology roadmap with urgency, deep thinking, and strong ownership—collaborating across Apollo to drive excellence at scale.Rally people across the organization to deliver high-quality products, on time, for our customersWork closely with our operations teams and learn from our customers in the field to develop technology that dramatically increases our operational efficiency and positions the business for radical scaleTransform ideas into clear, functional product features and work with our engineers to ensure projects are managed efficiently and features are built to spec.Model how we work: be deeply curious, prioritize the customer's reality over internal theory, and hold the bar high—for your work and for the team around you.Your core responsibilities will evolve and shift as Apollo grows.
