About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Marketing, New Product Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching FMCG products and managing dynamic marketing campaigns, including digital and Below The Line (BTL) initiatives. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands -on approach to new product launches and marketing execution. Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of new product launches, particularly within the FMCG sector.Oversee and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns, including both Digital and BTL strategies.Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure successful market introduction of new products.Lead market research and insights to drive product innovation and marketing strategy.Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, paid advertising, and content creation.Plan and manage BTL activations, events, and promotions to engage target audiences.Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in executing marketing initiatives.Ensure that all marketing activities align with the overall brand vision and business objectives.  Requirements Qualifications & Skills: A minimum of 7 years of experience in the marketing field, with a focus on new product development and FMCG marketing.Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns across digital and BTL channels.A marketing -related degree (Master's) is a must.Strong understanding of FMCG product development cycles and market positioning.Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and market trends.Ability to work flexible hours, including out -of -office events, to manage marketing activities.Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
