We are now seeking a Commercial Lead to drive the growth, strategy, and profitability of GETDEALS
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for GETDEALS in alignment with HOP's group objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
- Lead negotiations and close strategic partnerships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee pricing strategies, margin management, and revenue optimization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform decisions.
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team with clear accountability.
- Ensure effective use of data, reporting, and analytics to drive insights.
- Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Tech to deliver on initiatives.
- Represent the company externally at industry events, forums, and stakeholder engagements.

What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record in sales leadership & revenue growth
- Strategic thinker who can turn vision into action
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven with solid financial analysis capabilities
- Resilient, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
- 10+ years' experience in commercial leadership (digital platforms, FMCG, retail, or services)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Reports to: Chief Business Officer
Compensation: Competitive, aligned to internal structure
