Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Airline GSA Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Airline GSA cargo Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations related to airline general sales agent (GSA) functions. This includes overseeing sales, marketing, and customer service activities related to airline services. The role involves handling communications with airlines, and customers. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Experience in the Airlines and Aviation industry
  • Proven Sales skills and experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field
  • Experience in a managerial role is a plus
