Bridging Africa's talent gap enabled through technology. Job Mission You form an integral part of our ecosystems by executing a key part of our Revenue Pillar: Partnerships . You will be integral in the generation, execution and performance reporting of this strategy . You will hold the mandate to plan and run Partnerships finance reporting for our East Africa projects . You will partner with the CFO and other key internal stakeholders by providing commercial financial assessment, measurement and reporting. Ideally you must possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of commercial value creation, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across various teams within the organisation. Department Impact Partnerships Reporting into Group CFO Reports In country Finance Leads for Partnerships [dotted reporting line] Position Type Full -time Functional Responsibilities Finance Reporting and project assessment for all Impact Partnerships Key Responsibilities ● Guide the preparation of projects from proposal to final submission. ● Prepare the financial justification formalities and ensure that approval is obtained prior to submission. ● Where necessary, review and highlight contrast. ● Escalate areas/topics for approval. ● Tracking of project development after approval to ensure achievement of financial objectives. ● Provide guidance on reporting of project progress to management or group presentations. ● Provide input on the resources required to run projects (staff, funding). ● Train and guide local FMs in performing managing the commercial of the project submission. ● Provide a governance structure to ensure completion and execution of projects properly ● Provide Budget and Forecasts planning financial information on Partnership projects ● Where necessary travel to other markets to ensure effectiveness of project preparation and execution. ● Carry out any other tasks related impact Projects within TATC as directed by the Group CFO Key Contacts ● Local CEOs, Regional Project Managers, Local FMs, COO (TATC), CEO (TATC), Growth and Product Officer, Key Relationships ● Partnerships Leads ● Local Finance Managers ● CEOs ● NGO Finance teams KPIs to measure success ● Monthly tracking on progress partnership financial performance . ● Quarterly reports to Impact Partners ● Conduct quarterly training of Local Finance leads on good governance and partnerships reports Requirements Key Skills and Competences ● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree in Finance or an MBA is a plus. ● Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA or similar are preferred. ● 10 years of experience and 5 years of management experience ● Proven experience supporting commercial teams and driving financial tactical strategies focused on revenue growth. ● Ability to think through and manage complex processes as well as solve issues in a thoughtful manner and in a way that makes sense for the rest of the business ● Solid commercial acumen with the ability to work with cross -functional teams to deliver on revenue targets through excellent customer experience and best -in -class processes. ● Proficiency in financial analysis, strategic planning, and project management is highly valuable in this role. ● Strong communication with the capability to influence business decisions through data -driven insights. ● Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. ● Results -oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets. ● Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. ● Strong ethical standards and integrity.
