The Sales Team Development (SaTD) Project Lead is responsible for managing the execution of SaTD projects and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of our sales development services. The role bridges internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination, planning, and execution of skills audits, training, coaching, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the primary liaison between client implementation teams (HR, L&D, Sales Managers) and the SaTD team.

  • You will oversee the end-to-end execution of SaTD projects: from planning and delivery structure to monitoring and wrap-up.

  • You will lead the coordination of skills audits, training programs, coaching sessions, and delivery logistics.

  • You will ensure the availability and quality of training content including slide decks, LMS uploads, and bespoke content development.

  • You will develop and track project timelines and ensure milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.

  • You will collaborate with and manage trainers, coaches, and third-party consultants.

  • You will maintain an updated roster of trainers and coaches, identifying and reporting capacity or skill gaps to the Head of SaTD.

  • You will conduct project retrospectives and post-engagement reviews to extract insights and improve future execution.

  • You will provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to SaTD Executives and Associates, fostering a high-performance team culture.



Requirements Qualifications and Experience:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, Project Management, or a related field.

  • You have 3 years of experience in project management, learning and development, consulting, or related roles.

  • You have strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You have experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing external consultants or vendors.

  • You have proficiency in project management tools like Gantt Charts and Dashboards, and Google Workspace.
