Position:
Digital Advertising Specialist (Kenya)
Responsibilities:
Independently manage and optimize ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads—handling budget monitoring, creative adjustments, and performance tracking.
Provide actionable feedback to the design and copy teams to refine creatives based on campaign performance.
Monitor key metrics (e.g., registrations, installs, conversions) via MMP or other attribution tools, and propose strategies to improve results.
Support the tailoring of ad strategies by combining campaign data with insights into Kenyan market behavior and the local betting landscape.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in using Facebook and Google ad platforms, with demonstrable spending history.
Strong willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and execution-oriented.
With familiarity in local digital media ecosystems.
Good communication and collaborative skills, able to work seamlessly with teams.
Proficient in English for reporting and basic data interpretation.
Nice to Have (Optional)
Prior marketing experience in the betting/gambling industry.
Experience managing campaigns for H5 or mobile app platforms.
Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Firebase, or Adjust.
Passionate about football or sports events.
