Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Team Member based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves both in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Team Member will also be responsible for closing sales, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, and assisting with the unloading of products when necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and Unloading
- Ability to work both in-office and remotely
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
